 Field Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a full time working field supervisor for our growing operation. Applicant must have experience in horticulture and good people skills. The field supervisor will be overseeing all daily field operations. This will include supervising field crews, potting plants, checking and repairing irrigation, and loading and unloading of trucks. They will also be responsible for minor grounds maintenance, mechanical maintenance and repairs, and record keeping.
